One of Adagold Aviation’s proudest highlights of 2021 was supporting the Dancing CEO’s event, which raises much-needed funds for the Women’s Legal Service Queensland. All in all, Adagold’s Whitsunday Wonder Jet Experience raffle managed to raise $75,000 for Women’s Legal Service. Plus, we were so pleased to gift the winner with an unforgettable, once in a lifetime Whitsunday Islands experience.
Adagold and Women’s Legal Service Queensland
Women’s Legal Service Queensland (WLSQ) provides free legal assistance and other key supporting services for women in Queensland. They provide assistance to vulnerable and disadvantaged clients. Established in 1984, this organisation has committed itself to supporting domestic violence prevention. Often, they are the first point of contact for people who live and identify as women in Queensland seeking assistance. WLSQ may also be vulnerable women’s last resort when all other attempts for receiving legal assistance have failed. WLSQ routinely support women and children who deal with additional discrimination, including discrimination based on race, social class, poverty, destitution, age, religion, disability and sexuality.
The annual Dancing CEOs event sees business leaders swap the boardroom for the dance floor to raise funds for WLSQ and help end domestic violence. Adagold Aviation has proudly supported WLSQ and the Dancing CEOs event for four years running. Each year, we create a bigger and better raffle prize to raise vital funds for this WLSQ.
Adagold’s Whitsunday Wonder Jet Experience
The lucky recipient of the Adagold Whitsunday Wonder Jet Experience WLSQ raffle has just come back from their unforgettable holiday in a tropical paradise. Adagold was thrilled to treat the winner and four of their friends to an incredible three-night, four day stay in the Whitsundays.
Flying to the Whitsundays Via Private Jet
The adventure started as soon as the ladies left home, collected in their luxe limousine, which transported them to their waiting private jet. After slipping into their comfortable, plush private jet seats, the ladies were greeted with freshly popped champagne to celebrate the start of an unforgettable experience.
Along with the glorious views of the tropical east coast, the ladies were treated to ample legroom, the choice to get up and move whenever they pleased, and the highest quality service on their private jet charter flight to the Whitsundays.
Arriving on the Whitsundays Coast
After touching down on the Whitsundays Coast, the group was treated to a decadent lunch at the famed Fish D’vine restaurant in Airlie Beach before journeying to Hayman Island to check in to their resort accommodation.
Journey to Whitehaven
The following day, it was time to visit one of the best beaches in the world: Whitehaven Beach. Adagold organised a high octane boat ride on the Ocean Dynamics Venom, a sleek, beautiful private charter boat. As soon as they stepped off-board and dipped their toes into the aqua blue waters of Whitehaven, the lucky group was each handed a glass of cold champagne, sipping their bubbles before they had even stepped foot on the iconic white sand.
Gourmet Lunch on Whitehaven Beach
Fish D’vine produced a fantastic seafood banquet lunch, complete with lobster, bugs, prawns, oysters and beautiful salads. Their iconic lunch was enjoyed along with fresh champagne, the crystal clear waters of Whitehaven and the soft breezes of the Coral Sea. The ladies came back to their Hayman Island accommodation feeling rejuvenated, replenished and content.
Along with the many optional water sports available at Hayman Island, the group were treated to a picture-perfect sunset sail experience, thanks to Ocean Dynamics.
