Brazilian aircraft manufacturer Embraer has reported record-breaking results for its executive aviation division, delivering 155 business jets in 2025 – the highest figure in the company’s history.

The milestone represents a 19% increase year-on-year and meets the top end of Embraer’s full-year guidance range of 145-155 aircraft. The manufacturer’s total deliveries across all divisions reached 244 aircraft, up 18% from 206 units in 2024.

Embraer’s executive aviation backlog reached an all-time high of US$7.6 billion – up 3% year-on-year and 4% quarter-on-quarter. The division posted a strong book-to-bill ratio of 1.1x, indicating robust demand continuing into 2026.

Fourth quarter performance was particularly impressive, with 53 private jets delivered including 23 Phenom 300s, 17 Praetor 500s and eight Praetor 600s. This represented a 20% increase compared to Q4 2024’s 44 deliveries.

The Phenom 300 series continues to dominate Embraer’s light jet offerings, whilst the mid-size Praetor 500 and ultra-long-range Praetor 600 together accounted for 25 of the quarter’s 53 executive jet deliveries.

The manufacturer’s overall backlog across all programmes reached US$31.6 billion – up 21% from the previous year. Embraer also demonstrated its commitment to sustainability by completing its largest solar-energy project to date at its Melbourne, Florida customer centre.

The strong results reflect sustained global demand for business aviation, with Embraer particularly well-positioned in the light and mid-size charter aircraft segments favoured by corporate travellers and private jet charter operators worldwide.
