From Miami to Sydney: The Luxury Travel Trade Events That Matter for the Rest of 2026

3 Jun, 2026 | News

Luxury travel advisors who want to win business in 2027 are making decisions right now – choosing which rooms to be in, which relationships to invest in and which trends to get ahead of before they hit the mainstream client conversation. The second half of 2026 is where that groundwork gets laid. From Singapore’s curated appointment suites to Las Vegas’s ultra-luxury product workshops to Sydney’s annual industry homecoming, the events that shape next season’s premium itineraries are already on the calendar.

Here’s the full picture, in order:

1-4 June – Miami: L.E/Miami

L.E/Miami at South Beach is one of the luxury travel industry’s most distinctive trade events – four days of curated one-to-one appointments between design-led, lifestyle-oriented travel brands and buyers, based at W South Beach and neighbouring venues across Miami Beach. The format is application-only, deliberately small and known for attracting the kind of independent, forward-thinking hotel brands that set the aesthetic tone for the broader luxury market twelve to eighteen months later. For Australian advisors and suppliers tracking where next-wave luxury hospitality is heading globally, L.E/Miami is an early-year signal worth paying attention to.

12-13 June – Adelaide: Inspiring Vacations Greatest Travel Show

The Greatest Travel Show – Adelaide runs 12-13 June at Stamford Grand Glenelg, 9am-4pm. Free-entry events aimed at consumers and advisors alike, these shows attract audiences actively planning long-haul and premium itineraries – the same demographic driving demand for luxury charter flights and private regional access. The format is deliberately accessible, which makes the quality of intent in the room all the more useful for suppliers reading the domestic market.

16-18 June – Lima: AdventureELEVATE Latin America

AdventureELEVATE Latin America brings together adventure travel professionals from across the region in Lima, Peru – a fitting location given the country’s position at the centre of South America’s luxury expedition circuit. The event is relevant well beyond its geography. Australian luxury travel advisors are increasingly building itineraries that combine Patagonia, Peru and Antarctic cruises with premium lodge stays at home, and the suppliers shaping that product gather here. The blurring line between adventure and luxury is one of the defining trends of 2026, and this is where that conversation happens at a professional level.

18-21 June – Scottsdale: BOND Five Star USA

BOND Five Star USA at The Phoenician in Scottsdale, Arizona is an invitation-only retreat connecting North America’s leading luxury hotel designers with the premium product suppliers behind their projects. Three days of one-to-one meetings and structured networking with the principals and design directors heading the continent’s biggest five-star hotel projects. For anyone tracking what the next generation of luxury hotel product will look like in the Americas – and where investment is flowing – this is where those decisions get seeded well before they reach a groundbreaking announcement.

20-21 June – Melbourne: Inspiring Vacations Greatest Travel Show

The Greatest Travel Show moves to Melbourne for its largest audience of the mid-year run. Melbourne consistently draws strong numbers from both advisors and high-intent leisure travellers, and the show provides a direct read on domestic appetite for outbound and premium private jet hire and charter experiences heading into the second half of the year.

26-27 June – Perth: Inspiring Vacations Greatest Travel Show

The Greatest Travel Show – Perth runs 26-27 June at the Parmelia Hilton Perth, 9am-4pm, closing out the Australian mid-year run. Western Australia is a distinct and growing luxury travel market – both as a departure point for charter flights into the Kimberley and remote WA, and as a gateway for outbound high-net-worth travellers heading into Asia and beyond.

29 June – 2 July – Singapore: ILTM Asia Pacific

The anchor event for the regional luxury travel industry. ILTM Asia Pacific at Marina Bay Sands is where leading luxury brands and Asia-Pacific’s top travel advisors meet through prescheduled one-to-one appointments. This is not a trade floor – it is a curated, application-only relationship-building platform, and the conversations held here shape itineraries sold twelve months later. For Australian and New Zealand hotels, lodges, DMCs and aircraft charter specialists, it is one of the most important rooms of the year. Regional buyers with serious purchasing power attend specifically to build next-season product. Running alongside, the Financial Times’ Business of Luxury – Asia edition includes a session on delivering experience-led luxury travel across Southeast Asia – a useful external voice on where regional demand is heading.

8-14 August – Las Vegas: Virtuoso Travel Week

Virtuoso Travel Week at Bellagio, ARIA, Vdara and The Cosmopolitan is where the global ultra-luxury industry takes stock mid-year. North American advisors – who represent a significant share of inbound demand for Australia’s premium properties and private jet hire experiences – workshop next-season product here with suppliers from around the world. Australian operators and accommodation providers who are present, or whose partners are present, benefit directly when those advisors begin building Pacific itineraries in Q4. The influence of Virtuoso Travel Week on what gets sold into Australia from North America over the following twelve months is considerable.

A Note on the Latin America and Antarctica Roadshow

Worth flagging for context: the Latin America and Antarctica Roadshow 2026, sponsored by V Travel Network, has already wrapped its fourth annual series, welcoming more than 250 travel advisors across Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney earlier this year. It is a practical illustration of how far the definition of luxury travel has stretched – expedition and adventure product is now firmly part of the high-end conversation, and the demand from Australian advisors for LatAm and Antarctic product is clearly real. For charter flight operators, this is directly relevant: these are clients combining Kimberley charters with Patagonia expeditions in the same travel year.

28 September – 1 October – Nassau: ILTM North America

ILTM North America at Baha Mar in Nassau (currently scheduled for 28 September – 1 October) mirrors the ILTM APAC format but serves the Americas market. Curated appointments, application-only access and a deliberately intimate scale make it the most efficient room for building relationships with North American luxury advisors. For Australian luxury charter operators and premium accommodation providers targeting high-net-worth North American travellers, this is where the inbound business of 2027 starts to take shape. The Baha Mar setting – itself one of the Caribbean’s most design-forward luxury resort complexes – reinforces the calibre of buyer in the room.

17-20 November – Sydney: Luxperience

The year’s final major event brings the global luxury travel circuit back to Australia. Luxperience at ICC Sydney, 17-20 November, is the country’s premier luxury travel trade platform – described as “the trusted meeting place for the luxury travel industry” – with curated appointments between premium international buyers and Australian and global suppliers. The 2026 program has been expanded in scope and ambition.

Luxperience is where everything earlier in the year consolidates. Suppliers who have been visible at L.E/Miami, ILTM APAC, Virtuoso Travel Week and ILTM North America arrive in Sydney to continue those conversations on home turf, in front of a buyer cohort that includes the region’s most influential luxury advisors. For Adagold Aviation – with 34 years and thousands of  charters behind it – events like Luxperience are where the trust that drives premium charter relationships gets built and reinforced.
