This Truly Is A Private Jet
Fishing Adventure Of A Lifetime
Your experience starts in Sydney where you’ll board your own private jet,
just you, fishing legend Matt Price and your friends.
Sit back with a cold drink and your choice of delicious on-board food as you fly to Cooktown in Far North Queensland. The anticipation and stories will build as you quiz Matt on his best catch and his favourite fishing locations.
Day 1-5
COOKTOWN
Cooktown is one of Australia’s most historical townships. In fact, it’s the location where Captain Cook spent 7 weeks fixing the Endeavour after it was damaged traversing the intricate Great Barrier Reef.
THE GREAT BARRIER REEF
Spend two days and nights in the protected waters of the Great Barrier Reef chasing the mighty Black Marlin. Their aerial acrobatics will give you an entertaining fight and a true thrill. You’ll also be casting poppers for Giant Trevally and jigging for Dogtooth Tuna. As well as, trolling for Wahoo, Spanish Mackerel and Sailfish.
GOVE
Time again to board your jet and skip across to Gove for the next 2 days of fishing and exploring the warm waters of the Northern Territory. It’s an easy trip in the private jet and you are well looked after, without the flexibility of your own charter flights, it could take days to reach the next adventurous stop.
The beauty of charter – you are back out on the water in no time, exploring and chasing the much sort after trifecta of aerial entertainment: Barramundi, Black Marlin and Sailfish. You’ll also have the opportunity to catch Queen Fish, Trevally, Tuna, Coral Trout and the much loved Mangrove Jacks with Matt Price’s fishing expertise and friendly hand guiding you.
Day 5-10
BROOME
From the Northern Territory we jet you across to Broome, a remote seaside town where dinosaurs used to roam and their footprints can still be seen. Broome is also home to Paspaley Pearls, the world’s finest pearl jewellers. We can arrange a tour and a lunch of Pearl meat cooked by a VIP Chef. Broome also has a world class sail fishery. Tuna, Giant Trevally and Cobia are on offer as well.
EXMOUTH
Sit back and relax as the amazing outback landscape unfolds out of the window. Landing in Exmouth, to fish off the remote and hard to reach areas of Western Australia, you’ll have the chance to get a grand slam on Billfish (3 species in a day) with Black, Blue and Striped Marlin, as well as Sailfish. Yellow Fin Tuna and Mackerel will indulge you and giant trevally are on offer as well for throwing poppers at.
ABROLHOS ISLANDS
You’ll visit the Abrolhos islands (out from Geraldton) and an incredible fishery with very little pressure on it, as it’s a hard to reach gem. The Abrolhos are an exceptional Mecca for anglers. Blue and striped Marlin will keep you entertained in between the Yellowfin Tuna and Mackerel. If you haven’t stretched your arms enough by now, big Samson fish will test your endurance. If you’re hurting you may need to stop for a cold beer. Sit back and watch the action and get some insider stories and fishing tips from the first fisherman in the world to catch all 6 Royal Slams, Matt Price.
Day 11-14
PORT LINCOLN
Our adventure now heads east again across to South Australia where we will visit Port Lincoln, the seafood capital of Australia. Giant Kingfish and Samson Fish will get your adrenalin racing and test your endurance again. Big Snapper are also for the taking with plenty of trophy fish on offer. Southern Bluefin Tuna are a possible catch with some huge barrels (big tuna over 80kg); you will really know you are alive with one of those on a line.
PORT STEPHENS
We land in Port Stephens for a few days to wind down, targeting Blue, Black and Striped Marlin, if in season. You’ll also be jigging for Kingfish, using soft plastics for Snapper and getting into a few Dolphin Fish (Mahi Mahi) and Tuna on the troll as well.
HOMEWARD BOUND
All good things must come to an end, but you will head home with stories aplenty and some awesome adventure footage, including your own group video of the entire jet-centric fishing experience.
