Accor’s boutique luxury MGallery Collection has expanded its Australian presence with the opening of The Brighton Hotel Sydney, a 307-room property set along the shores of Botany Bay in Brighton-Le-Sands.

Described as ‘a retreat by the sea, shaped by story and light’, the hotel combines coastal tranquillity with convenient city access, positioning itself as both a leisure destination and business-friendly venue. Floor-to-ceiling windows and private balconies throughout the property maximise the sweeping water views across Botany Bay.
The hotel’s culinary programme centres on Mediterranean influences, with Ammos Brighton fine dining restaurant led by acclaimed Greek-Australian chef Peter Conistis. Coco’s on the Beach offers a more relaxed atmosphere with extended hours until 3am, whilst Sands Bar provides flexible indoor-outdoor spaces. A seasonal adults-only beach club opened this weekend, with additional venues planned throughout summer.
Beyond leisure amenities – including indoor and outdoor pools and a fully equipped fitness centre – The Brighton features substantial event capabilities with 11 meeting spaces and two grand ballrooms. The signature Brighton Ballroom accommodates up to 600 guests, making it a compelling option for corporate conferences and special events.
The property’s waterfront location and comprehensive meeting facilities make it particularly attractive for executive travellers and corporate groups, including those arriving via private jet charter to Sydney’s nearby airports.
For luxury travellers and business executives seeking beachfront accommodation with city proximity, The Brighton Hotel represents MGallery’s latest Australian expansion following successful openings across the region.
