Opened in late June 2026 on Jonson Street, The Bonobo is a 74-key property combining hotel rooms with one-, two- and three-bedroom residences, set in a modernist three-level building with an open central courtyard. The rooftop pool takes in views from the lighthouse to the hinterland, and a New York-inspired lobby lounge runs from morning coffee through to late-night drinks. It’s a deliberate shift from the brand’s beachfront calling card toward something more urban and more communal, without losing the Raes polish.

This is a property built for a certain kind of trip.
