Two signature restaurants anchor the hotel’s culinary offering. Shutters Restaurant & Bar, led by Executive Chef Stephen Lech, showcases seasonal Australian produce with Mediterranean influences in a light-filled space featuring the building’s original shutters.
The standout addition is Rick Stein at Coogee Beach, the celebrated chef’s Australian flagship restaurant. The 224-seat venue overlooks the sand and follows the seafood-first approach that has defined Stein’s Mollymook and Port Stephens establishments.
